We invite all of our member businesses to our upcoming 2026 AGM!
Why come to the agm?
Our annual general meeting is our primary in-person contact point for members each year. This gathering allows us to:
• Provide our members an update of our yearly activities and programming
• Highlight pressure points, area concerns, and working solutions to shared problems
• Approval of our 2027 annual budget
• Election of our new Board Members, who begin their one-year term in 2027
WHO CAN COME TO THE AGM?
• Our AGM is open to all businesses and property owners located within SPRBA's boundaries
• Board Member nominations are confirmed prior to the AGM event. Candidates are interviewed and vetted by our Nomination Committee prior to being introduced for election to our members
• Board Members must be business or property owners within SPRBA's boundaries

Our annual general meeting is a great opportunity to meet other local business and property owners, share your ideas and concerns for the area, and network with potential new allies.
Every successful shopping destination is the culmination of group cooperation and individual action from its local businesses contributing to the whole - Come join us as we pivot our BIA towards new horizons as the Valley Line West LRT makes it way towards completion in the next few years!
